Choose between 5 km and 10 km. We run at a social pace of around 6:00 min/km. Select your distance in the registration form.

How many places are available?

Registration is required. Use the Join run button on this page and choose your distance. There is space for a maximum of 35 participants.

Is this run free?

Yes, signing up and joining the run is free. Afterwards, you can enjoy our optional €6.50 deal: a tiramisu and a coffee.

Can I join as a beginner?

Absolutely. We aim to make our runs as accessible as possible, and everyone is welcome. Choose the distance that suits you.

We meet at Lille Haarlem, Gasthuislaan 131, Haarlem. The run starts and finishes at Lille.

Which distances can I run?

You can choose between 5 km and 10 km. Both distances start and finish at Lille Haarlem.

What time do we meet?

We meet at 09:00 on Sunday 13 September 2026. Afterwards, you're welcome to stay for tiramisu and coffee.

Where and when do we meet?

We meet at KOHI, Voorhelmstraat 25 in Haarlem, on Wednesday 23 September 2026. Arrive from 19:00 to meet the group and try on 4T2 test shoes. The run starts at 19:30.

How far and how fast will we run?

There is one distance: 5 km. We run together at a relaxed pace of around 6:00 min/km. Several pacers guide the group, including pacers at the back. Nobody gets left behind.

How does testing the 4T2 shoes work?

The 4T2 team will be there with test shoes. Between 19:00 and 19:30, you can choose and try on a pair, then wear them during the run. You do not need to reserve a size in advance.

Is the event free, and what is included?

Yes. Joining the run is free, and a drink and a carb-loaded snack are both included. Sign up using the form on this page.

You are welcome to stay afterwards. If you would like to support KOHI, you can order additional drinks or food at your own expense.
